I had a very, very fussy puppy. This was the very first time I've ever had a dog that didn't scoff down every bite immediately. I've had to cajole her into having tiny amounts and it felt like all I was doing all day was trying to get her to eat. And I tried tough love, putting down her food for 20 minutes only. It only accomplished her losing more weight!
I didn't want to change from Arden Grange to a junk food brand. I figured she'd probably love Bakers but I didn't want to sacrifice quality just so she eats, but honestly I wasn't far away from considering it! The Big 3 brands have the supermarkets cornered and so I looked on allaboutdogfood.co.uk for advice. Although Bestvenn isn't on their database, I was able to compare the ingredients and was content that I was trying a good brand.
My puppy loves this food. Before, she'd get distracted at the slightest thing and now I can't pry her away! I cannot recommend this highly enough, especially for fussy eaters.
And the price is very reasonable. At first I thought it was a bit much but when I realised she'd be getting about ½ of what Arden Grange was recommending and calculated the discount that subscription gets you, I realised that it's very competitively priced. All around, highly I highly recommend.
